Cancellation Policy

1. Rescheduling Your Session

We understand schedules change unexpectedly. If you need to postpone or modify your reservation time, please call or WhatsApp us at 9553555208 at least 2 hours in advance so we can adjust our therapist allocations.

2. Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, simply notify our reception desk via phone call or WhatsApp message. There is no cancellation penalty for online booking requests.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive later than your scheduled slot, your session may be condensed to ensure the subsequent guest is not delayed. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
